NOHO enters into a liaison with one of the hottest artists and invites you to an extraordinary vernissage followed by a celebration that enriches the culture in Hamburg. This time, the exceptional artist Ivan Gette was the guest.
The works from his current exhibition, “The story of a color”, reflect his past and identity, as well as his view of today’s world and the way in which he interacts with and in it. Every color has a meaning in his works of art. In an abstract way, they tell which story is hidden in the works. The viewer of the works receives only fleeting information about the background of the pictures and is therefore completely free in his own interpretation. Your own imagination is expanded or reduced depending on the context, which in turn, turns the works of Ivan Gette into an organically flowing experience.
